In this 4-week short course, I will show you how you can truly transform your relationship with the physical things that surround you and not feel trapped in the cycle anymore. You will get proven methods to help change your patterns, simplify so self-care comes first, and learn how to elevate out of the clutter trap. Here is what you will learn:

    We can learn a lot about ourselves from our clutter. This is probably the most fascinating and critical lesson as it finally gives us the answer to why we get stuck on the hamster wheel.  In order for you to attract what you desire, you have to have room for it. We hold onto things physically and emotionally. When we go through the decluttering process, it's not only items we are letting go of, but we are able to see what was holding us back and why. Behind all our physical stuff, lies some amazing things about us - who we are, what we want, and where we want to go. Our stuff can give us the answers we need.

    There are all sorts of theories on where to start but if you want to get health and happiness than the there are three areas you absolutely must tackle first. You can tackle your closet, junk drawer, and your car but none of those will give you the most important things you need on a daily basis and to truly transform through tidying. We will cover these areas and give you ideas of how to start.

    Learn various ways to actually cut through the chaos and clutter so you can make it stress-free and fun. Learn to deal with the emotional turmoil that comes up, what to do with it, how to manage it, and get checklists to make the process simple. Learn and connect with others as well as hold yourself accountable so you can get through it and focus more on living your life than moving things around.

    Once you clear away, it's time to make room for style and fun. When we get rid of what doesn't serve or represent us, we can finally see what does. In this lesson, we learn how to set up our surroundings so we have more fun and joy in our life. Learn tools to tap into your true style, how to arrange your environment to help you be more productive and feel inspired, and get some checklists to continue this process through the year.
